On the radio they were discussing means tested benefits and how some people just dip out by a matter of a few pounds, whilst others just scrape through.
I'm glad Heaven is not about being good, where some just scrape through and others just dip out.
It's a lot simpler than that. And there certainly aren't any mind numbing forms to fill in.
